Yes folks, it's true. Ben Rose just placed as second runner-up in the Ship & Anchor sponsored Alberta Songwriting Competition, with his song The Cost. This is Ben's second consecutive year as second runner-up, and he's hoping to move up the ladder next year. Meanwhile, congratulations Ben!
